All jobsites that use suspended scaffolds in New York City require supervision by a Licensed Rigger, or his designated foreman. Rigging Foreman must be able to communicate in English, and must take the 32hr Rigging Foreman class. This class is also required for those that will be applying for their Special Rigger License.
