To get your SST Card you first need to have a 30hr OSHA Construction Card.
Once you have your 30hr OSHA Card you need to add NYC Dept of Buildings Training Classes.
For the basic 40hr SST Worker, that most people need, you need 10hrs of NYC Dept of Buildings Training (8hr Fall Prevention and 2hr Drug & Alcohol Awareness). For the 62hr SST Supervisor Card, you need an additional 32hrs of NYC Dept of Buildings Training (8hr Fall Prevention, 8hr Site Safety Manager Refresher/Chapter 33, 4hr Supported Scaffold User, 4 1hr General & Specialized Electives, 2hr Drug & Alcohol Awareness, 2hr PreTask Meeting, 2hr Tool Box Talks, and 2hr Site Safety Plans) – We have these classes online also: https://sn.virtola.com/register/32-supervisor-sst-package/show-schedule
